Job summary

Little Scholars Services in the Tustin, CA area is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead clinical services and oversee ABA therapy for children with ASD. The role emphasizes delivering high-quality treatment, supervising RBTs, and coordinating with families to ensure ongoing progress.

You will develop individualized plans, supervise staff, track outcomes with data, and maintain compliant documentation in a supportive, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing with BACB.
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education or related field.
• Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and developmental disabilities.
• Proficiency with VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS or similar assessments.
• Strong leadership, communication, and mentorship skills.
• Experience with insurance-funded ABA services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments, including FBAs and skills assessments for clients.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized ABA treatment plans and BIPs.
• Provide direct supervision and ongoing training to RBTs and BT staff.
• Track client progress through data analysis and adjust treatment goals as needed.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care.
• Conduct parent training sessions to support generalization of skills across home and community settings.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with BACB ethics and funding source requirements.
