Job summary

Little Scholars Services in Tustin, CA seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to oversee clinical services and direct ABA therapy for children and families. Join a growing team delivering high-quality care and clinical oversight in a supportive setting.

The BCBA will develop and supervise treatment plans, mentor RBTs, and coordinate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care in home and community environments.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
• Experience with children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and related developmental disabilities.
• Proficiency in VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS, or similar assessments.
• Strong leadership, communication, and mentorship skills.
• Experience with insurance-funded ABA services preferred.
• Valid California driver''s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments, including FBAs and skills assessments for clients.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized ABA treatment plans and BIPs.
• Provide direct supervision and ongoing training to RBTs and BT staff.
• Track client progress through data analysis and adjust treatment goals as needed.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care.
• Conduct parent training sessions to support generalization of skills across home and community settings.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with BACB ethics and funding source requirements.
