Job summary

Autism Spectrum Therapies (AST) is seeking a licensed BCBA to lead evidence-based ABA therapy for children with autism in California. You’ll supervise clinicians, mentor technicians, write reports, and participate in monthly meetings to ensure high-quality care and client progress.

Ideal candidates hold a BCBA certification, a Master’s degree or higher, and at least two years of relevant experience. We offer strong benefits, part- and full-time roles, and a collaborative LEARN Behavioral network.

Qualifications

• Must have BCBA certification or be eligible to sit for BCBA exam soon.
• Master’s degree or higher is required.
• Minimum of two years of experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and supervision for your team and clients.
• Mentor and support behavior technicians (BTs).
• Write reports and conduct clinical reviews with funding sources.
• Attend monthly regional meetings for ongoing training and supervision.
• Conduct regular parent/caregiver trainings for family members.
• Ensure client safety as a top priority.
• Analyze data/behavior and make data-based decisions.
• Guide ongoing implementation of teaching procedures.
• Deliver individualized, person-centered care rooted in assent-based treatment.
