Job summary

Autism Spectrum Therapies (AST) is seeking BCBA clinicians to provide high-quality, evidence-based ABA therapy to children with autism. Join LEARN Behavioral, a collaborative group of providers delivering care across states, with strong clinical leadership and extensive support networks.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher required.
• BCBA certification or expected to sit for BCBA exam within three months.
• Minimum two years of experience with children with autism or related disabilities.
• Certification/license as required by local statutes for behavior treatment.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and supervision for your team and clients.
• Mentor and support behavior technicians (BTs)
• Write reports and conduct clinical reviews with funding sources.
• Attend monthly regional meetings for ongoing training and supervision.
• Conduct regular parent/caregiver trainings for family members.
• Ensure client safety and confidentiality of data.
