Job summary

Autism Spectrum Therapies (AST) in Oceanside, CA is seeking a BCBA to deliver evidence-based ABA therapy to children with autism. LEARN Behavioral provides collaboration across coast-to-coast teams, offering strong clinical leadership and support.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher required.
• BCBA certification or exam candidacy within next 3 months.
• Minimum of two years of experience with children with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Certification, registration, and/or license as required by local statutes.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and supervision for your team and clients.
• Mentor and support behavior technicians (BTs).
• Write reports and conduct clinical reviews with funding sources.
• Attend monthly regional meetings for ongoing training and supervision.
• Conduct regular parent/caregiver trainings for family members.
• Treat the safety of clients as a top priority.
• Consult with clients and provide program direction and maintenance.
• Analyze data/behavior and make data-based decisions.
• Guide ongoing implementation of teaching procedures.
• Ensure directives from senior clinical team are implemented accurately and timely.
