ABA A Step At A Time Care in Annapolis, MD, seeks a BCBA to lead ABA programs and supervise RBTs. The role offers a hybrid work environment with flexible schedules and growth opportunities in a clinician-led, outcomes-driven team.

The BCBA will develop treatment plans, perform assessments, and collaborate with families to support client success, while ensuring ethical and payer standards are met. This is a full-time position with strong mentorship and research involvement.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification is required.
• MD LBA licensure is required in Maryland.
• Master's degree in ABA or related field.
• Experience supervising RBTs and training staff.

Responsibilities

• Develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training.
• Conduct functional and skill-based assessments.
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams.
• Maintain compliance with ethical, regulatory, and payer standards.
