Job summary

ABA A Step At A Time Care in Owings Mills, MD seeks a BCBA to develop ABA treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families. The role emphasizes ethical practice, ongoing professional development, and delivering outcomes through evidence-based ABA.

The position offers a hybrid work environment with competitive compensation ($50,000–$135,000 annually) and opportunities for bonuses and growth. MD licensure and BCBA certification are required.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification required.
• MD LBA licensure required.
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Experience in scope and sequence of early learning curriculum.
• Experience conducting functional and skill-based assessments.
• Experience identifying goals for in-center, in-home, in-school, in-community programs for individuals with autism.
• Experience providing training and supervision to RBTs and implementing ABA programs in-home, in-school, and/or in-community.
• Experience with parent training and conveying the importance of consistent ABA treatment.
• Experience with insurance-funded protocols preferred.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support.
• Conduct functional and skill-based assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed.
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success.
• Maintain compliance with ethical, regulatory, and payer standards.
• Proactively improve company clinical standard operating procedures.
