Qualifications

• Master’s degree required in a related field.
• Active BCBA certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise RBTs and BTs.
• Perform functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment goals.
• Lead monthly caregiver training sessions.
• Collaborate with other professionals.

Skills

Passion for working with children and families affected by autism spectrum disorder

Strong communication and collaboration skills for interdisciplinary teams

Education

Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field
