Qualifications

• BCBA certification and licensure to practice.
• Ability to oversee ABA therapy programs with fidelity.
• Strong collaboration with families and clinical team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ABA therapy and provide guidance to technicians to ensure clinical excellence.
• Train and mentor technicians to improve client outcomes.
• Develop assent-based, individualized behavior plans following ABA principles.
• Engage parents with monthly training to drive progress.
• Maintain high-quality clinical services with data-driven decisions.
