Centria Autism is seeking an In-Home BCBA to deliver high-quality ABA therapy in the natural environment. You will collaborate daily with clients, families, and a clinical team to ensure effective treatment planning and data-driven outcomes.

The role offers a base salary of $85,000–$90,000 with weekly and monthly bonuses, a strong work-life balance, and dedicated support to advance your clinical leadership without operational burdens.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ABA therapy and provide guidance to Behavior Technicians to ensure clinical excellence
• Train and mentor Behavior Technicians to improve client outcomes
• Develop and implement assent-based, individualized behavior plans following ABA principles
• Engage parents in their child's therapy with monthly parent training to drive meaningful progress
• Maintain high-quality clinical services through regular supervision and data-driven decision-making
