Admire ABA in Maryland is seeking a dedicated BCBA to lead assessment and intervention planning for children with ASD. You will supervise behavior technicians, design individualized behavior support plans, and collaborate with families and school teams to ensure consistency across settings.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification is required.
• MD license is required.
• Experience supervising staff is required.
• Experience designing behavior support plans is required.
• Ability to collaborate with families and professionals is required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive behavioural assessments to identify client needs and develop tailored intervention strategies.
• Design, implement, and monitor behaviour support plans in accordance with best practices and ethical guidelines.
• Provide supervision and training to behaviour technicians and other staff members involved in client care.
• Collaborate closely with families, educators, and healthcare professionals to ensure consistency across settings.
• Maintain detailed documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and session notes in compliance with organisational policies.
• Lead team meetings to review case progress and adjust interventions as necessary.
• Ensure all programmes adhere to legal, ethical, and organisational standards related to behaviour analysis.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with advances in behaviour analysis methodologies.
