Job summary

ABA Centers of Virginia in Vienna/Fairfax, VA is seeking a BCBA to design and supervise behavior-analytic programs for children and families. The position offers a starting salary of $100,000–$120,000 per year with relocation assistance up to $15,000 and a strong emphasis on clinical excellence.

You will oversee RBTs and caregivers, conduct assessments, and lead weekly supervision for colleagues pursuing BCBA certification, within a values-driven, growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in ABA or related field required.
• Active BCBA certification is required.
• Initiate state licensure process before start date if required.
• Valid drivers license and transportation available.
• Ability to pass background and drug screenings.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs.
• Oversee implementation of programs by RBTs and caregivers.
• Conduct assessments (preference, functional, staff performance).
• Be willing to supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly.
• Engage in other typical BCBA activities.
