Job summary

ABA Centers of Virginia is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to design, implement and supervise behavior-analytic programs for children and families in the Vienna/Fairfax area. You will oversee RBTs and caregivers, conduct assessments, and supervise others pursuing BCBA certification.

Starting salary ranges from $100,000 to $120,000 per year with a relocation package up to $15K. This is a full-time, on-site role with meaningful growth and impact in autism care.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required.
• Active BCBA certification required.
• Initiate the state licensure process prior to the start date (if required).

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs.
• Oversee the implementation of behavior-analytic programs by RBTs and caregivers.
• Conduct assessments related to the need for behavioral intervention (e.g., preference assessment, functional assessment, staff performance assessment).
• Be willing and able to supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly.
• Other typical BCBA activities.
