Jobot is seeking a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) in Temecula, CA, offering an extensive benefits package and unlimited PTO. The role focuses on designing ABA programs for children with autism, supervising RBTs, and data-driven treatment planning.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience developing and implementing ABA programs for children with autism.
• Experience administering VB-MAPP, Vineland, ABLLS-R, Brigance, and conducting FBAs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans based on client needs.
• Design, implement, and oversee ABA programs for children with autism.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs and clinical staff with ongoing training and feedback.
• Analyze data to evaluate progress and adjust treatment accordingly.
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to ensure skill generalization.
• Provide parent training and support to enhance outcomes.
• Maintain compliant clinical documentation.
• Participate in team meetings and professional development.
