Job summary

MTR Child & Family Services in San Diego, CA seeks a BCBA to join a supportive team with reduced caseloads and meaningful impact.

As a BCBA, you will supervise RBTs, develop treatment plans, conduct assessments, train families, and lead staff while ensuring BACB compliance. Qualifications

• BCBA certification is required.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

• Willingness to travel locally (approximately 70–75% within a 30+ mile radius).

Responsibilities

• Supervise RBTs and ensure high-quality service delivery
• Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans
• Conduct assessments and implement data-driven treatment adjustments
• Provide parent and caregiver training for skill generalization
• Lead, mentor, and train staff while ensuring BACB compliance
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams to achieve the best outcomes
