Job summary

Total Spectrum, LLC is seeking BCBA clinicians to deliver evidence-based ABA therapy to children with autism in Michigan. You will join LEARN Behavioral, collaborate with clinical leadership, and support families while maintaining assent-based care and data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• BCBA certification or exam within the next three months.
• Minimum of two years of experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities.
• Certification, registration, and/or license as required by local statutes.
• Strong professional, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and supervision for your team and clients.
• Mentor and support behavior technicians (BTs) with competency-based training.
• Write reports and conduct clinical reviews with funding sources.
• Attend monthly regional trainings and supervision meetings.
• Deliver individualized, person-centered care rooted in assent-based treatment.
• Analyze data and guide ongoing implementation of teaching procedures.
