Job summary

Dashi Rivers, part of the Kennedy Care family, is urgently seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Northville, MI for hybrid work. The BCBA will lead ABA programs, supervise staff, and ensure data-driven, ethical care for children with autism across in-home and center-based settings.

Starting salary ranges from $80,000 to $90,000 annually for full-time, with PRN options and comprehensive benefits; ideal for a clinician seeking growth within a compassionate, mission-driven

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher from an accredited university in BACB guidelines.
• Completion of an 8-hour supervision course (or willingness to complete within first 30 days).

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments.
• Provide medically necessary supervision aligned with ABA quality standards.
• Write, monitor, and update programs and behavior intervention protocols.
• Collect, interpret, and analyze data to guide decisions.
• Lead weekly caregiver guidance meetings rooted in ABA.
• Train and supervise Behavior Technicians and RBTs.
• Stay current with research and best practices in Autism treatment.
• Maintain required trainings, license, and credentials as a BCBA.
• Model leadership, collaboration, and ethical practice in ABA.

Education

Master's degree or higher from an accredited university (BACB guidelines)
