Job summary

Akoya Behavioral Health in Pontiac, Michigan is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead and shape client progress through individualized ABA plans. You will analyze data, oversee treatment programs, and collaborate closely with families to ensure meaningful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Michigan state license (or eligibility to obtain).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience supervising RBTs and delivering family-centered ABA care.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for in-home visits.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage individualized ABA treatment plans for clients.
• Conduct assessments and adjust programming based on progress.
• Supervise, train, and mentor RBTs and behavior technicians.
• Collaborate with caregivers, families, and internal teams to support generalization of skills.
• Analyze data to ensure care meets clinical, ethical, and regulatory standards.
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with insurance and regulatory requirements.
• Help build training platforms and feedback systems to support staff development.
