Job summary

Affirmative Parenting Solutions, LLC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to lead in-home ABA services for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, primarily in Fort Worth/Weatherford. You will supervise RBTs, develop individualized behavior plans, and work closely with families to ensure meaningful outcomes.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll oversee in-home ABA services for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder in the Granbury area, or remote for other areas, partnering closely with families and the behavior technicians you supervise. Day to day, that means developing and updating individualized behavior intervention and skill acquisition programs, conducting assessments and translating results into meaningful clinical goals, providing hands‑on supervision and coaching to RBTs in the home setting, collaborating with caregivers to promote skill generalization and family confidence, and ensuring clinical documentation meets quality and compliance standards.

Required:
