Job summary

Brighter Steps ABA LLC is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to design, implement, and oversee ABA therapy programs for children with ASD in home-based settings in New Jersey. You will assess, plan, supervise staff, and collaborate with families to ensure high-quality care.

Ideal candidates hold a BACB-BCBA certification and a master’s degree in ABA, psychology, or a related field, with at least 1 year of ABA therapy experience.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required by BACB.
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology or related field.
• At least 1 year of ABA therapy experience, preferably in home-based settings.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities with families and teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and oversee ABA therapy programs for children with ASD in home settings.
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor progress.
• Supervise BCaBAs and RBTs; provide training and guidance.
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams for comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate records, treatment plans, and billing documentation.
• Stay current with best practices in ABA therapy and industry developments.
