Texas ABA Centers in Sugar Land, TX is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to design and oversee ABA programs for children and families. You will supervise RBTs and caregivers, conduct assessments, and help implement behavior-analytic plans.

• Masters degree required.
• Active BCBA certification required.
• LBA preferred before starting services.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs.
• Oversee the implementation of behavior-analytic programs by RBTs and caregivers.
• Conduct assessments related to the need for behavioral intervention (e.g., preference assessment, functional assessment, staff performance assessment).
• Be willing and able to supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly.
• Other typical BCBA activities.
