ABA Centers of Georgia is looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) based in Austell, Georgia. The role includes designing and implementing behavior programs with a focus on better outcomes for children with autism. This full-time position offers a competitive salary between $95,000 and $120,000 per year, along with a sign-on bonus of up to $20,000 and a relocation package.

Qualifications

• Master's degree
• Active BCBA certification, required
• Initiate the state licensure process prior to the start date (if required)
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance
• Ability to maintain a clean background/drug screenings and driving record

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs
• Oversee the implementation of behavior-analytic programs by RBTs and caregivers
• Conduct assessments related to the need for behavioral intervention
• Supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly
• Other typical BCBA activities
