Job summary

FRIENDS of Broomfield seeks a dedicated BCBA to deliver in-person ABA services to adult clients in Colorado, with telehealth options. You will report to the Director of Behavior Services and manage your own caseload.

The role includes supervising RBTs/BCaBAs and developing data-driven treatment plans in Therap. You will participate in IP/IDT meetings, maintain detailed documentation, and ensure ethical, compassionate care for clients with IDD.

Qualifications

• Must have BCBA certification in good standing.
• Experience supervising RBTs and BCaBAs in IDD settings.
• Ability to drive to clients and FRIENDS locations as needed.
• Follows BACB ethics and professional conduct.

Responsibilities

• Provide effective and ethical ABA services to clients enrolled in our program.
• Meet with Director of Behavior Services in weekly or monthly sessions.
• Conduct annual individualized behavioral assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Develop data tracking for each plan in Therap for caregivers and staff.
• Supervise RBTs and BCaBAs serving your clients; target 10–15% supervision monthly.
• Participate in IP and IDT meetings and other FRIENDS meetings.
