Bright Builders ABA in Waldorf, Maryland is seeking an experienced BCBA to join our collaborative team. You will develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and work closely with families to drive client success.

Qualifications

• Must hold BCBA certification and Maryland LBA licensure.
• Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
