Job summary

Snowflakes ABA Behavioral Health is seeking an experienced Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a 100% remote position. You will develop ABA treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families to ensure client success across Maryland clients and beyond.

The role offers $70-80/hour, bonus opportunities, comprehensive benefits (health/vision/dental, 401K with employer match), generous PTO, and flexible schedules. Maryland licensure or the ability to obtain LBA is preferred.

Qualifications

• Certification as BCBA is required.
• Maryland licensure (LBA) or ability to obtain one.
• Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support.
• Conduct assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed.
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success.
• Maintain compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.
