Job summary

Yes ABA Therapy in Silver Spring, MD, seeks a passionate BCBA to develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to impact clients’ lives.

You will conduct assessments, adjust goals for optimal outcomes, and ensure ethical, regulatory compliance while coordinating with caregivers for home-program implementation. Flexible scheduling complements a competitive hourly pay range.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification required.
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans for clients.
• Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support to ensure successful implementation of treatment plans.
• Conduct assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed to ensure optimal client outcomes.
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success and provide guidance on implementing ABA strategies in the home setting.
• Maintain compliance with ethical and regulatory standards, including those related to certification and licensure.
