Job summary

RCG Behavioral Health Network in Richmond, Virginia is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). In this role, you will supervise ABA Therapists and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, all while enjoying a flexible schedule and competitive pay.

The position offers a total compensation of $80k - $95k, including quarterly bonuses, and generous benefits such as insurance and tuition reimbursement. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience with autism and a strong commitment to client services.

Qualifications

• Strong work ethic and commitment to providing excellent services.
• Minimum 2 years experience working with children with autism and/or communication disorders.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing clinical supervision to assigned ABA Therapists.
• Conduct behavioral skills assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Collaborate with outside agency team members and families.
