Job summary

LEARN Behavioral seeks a BCBA to provide high-quality ABA therapy for children with autism. Roles include supervising clinicians, guiding data-based decisions, and delivering assent-based, person-centered care. Benefits include a supportive leadership structure and ongoing professional development.

We offer both part-time and full-time positions with a $5k sign-on bonus, strong wellness benefits, and a 28-day PTO package for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher required; BCBA certification or eligibility within a short timeframe.
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and supervision for your team and clients.
• Mentor and support behavior technicians through competency-based training.
• Write reports and conduct clinical reviews with funding sources.
• Attend monthly regional meetings for ongoing training and supervision.
• Conduct regular parent/caregiver trainings for family members.
• Ensure safety of clients and others involved in each case.
• Consult with clients and provide continuous program direction and maintenance.
• Analyze data/behavior and make data-based decisions.
• Guide ongoing implementation of teaching procedures.
• Deliver individualized, person-centered care rooted in assent-based treatment.
