Job summary

Center For New Beginnings, INC seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for full-time, remote Telehealth, in-person, and hybrid work options in Georgia. The BCBA will supervise staff, analyze data, and adjust treatment plans while coordinating with families and professionals.

Qualified candidates must hold BCBA certification and GA licensure; prior experience with ABLA/VB-MAPP and related tools is preferred. Travel to up to two locations may be required.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• GA state license (LBA) required.
• Experience with data-based treatment planning and progress monitoring preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight of client programming and supervise direct care staff.
• Conduct regular supervision sessions and data analysis to guide treatment decisions.
• Develop and revise individualized treatment goals and behavior support plans.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to ensure consistency across settings.
