Behavioral Innovations in Windsor Mills, MD, is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead clinical quality at a center-based site. You will mentor BCBAs and help shape ABA care across Maryland, with a focus on reducing admin workload and enhancing patient outcomes.

This full-time role offers a salary of $95,000-$140,000 per year, plus up to $40,000 retention, a $10,000 sign-on or relocation bonus, and a performance bonus. Schedule is Mon–Fri with strong growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification and Maryland licensure or eligibility.
• Experience mentoring BCBAs and leading clinical quality initiatives.
• Ability to manage caseloads and coordinate CEUs.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical quality and mentor BCBAs across Maryland.
