Job summary

Midwest Autism & Therapy Center in Iowa seeks a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst to provide clinical oversight for ABA services. The BCBA will mentor staff, supervise RBTs, and ensure high-quality care across programs in Ankeny or Waukee.

You will oversee treatment plan fidelity, caregiver training, and collaboration with families and interdisciplinary teams while maintaining optimal clinician-to-client ratios and supporting organizational growth.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, special education, or related field.
• BCBA certification required (BACB).
• LBA or licensure eligibility in the state.
• 3–5 years ABA clinic experience as BCBA (preferred).
• Experience supervising RBTs and behavior technicians.
• Ability to collaborate within an interdisciplinary team.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Commitment to BACB Ethics Code.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight and mentoring of clinical staff.
• Ensure delivery of high-quality ABA services with fidelity.
• Maintain clinician-client ratios and treatment plan compliance.
• Supervise RBTs and other clinical staff; support professional development.
• Onboard and train new clinical staff; support program growth.
• Collaborate with leadership on clinic operations and quality initiatives.
• Maintain reasonable caseloads to ensure quality client care.
