Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification is required.
• State licensure where applicable.
• Strong analytical and clinical decision-making skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
• Commitment to ethical, high-quality ABA services.

Responsabilités

• Provide supervision, programming, and family collaboration to ensure clinical quality.
• Manage caseloads with time for supervision, training, and collaboration.
• Contribute to onboarding and ramp-up programs for new BCBAs.
• Engage in leadership and clinical direction discussions with the team.
