A Clinician-First Model: We structure our centers so BCBAs can focus on clinical quality...not administrative overload. With centralized support for intake, authorizations, billing, and recruiting, you’re able to prioritize supervision, programming, and family collaboration.
Sustainable Caseloads: We believe strong outcomes require manageable caseloads and protected time for supervision, training, and collaboration.
Structured Onboarding: Every BCBA receives a customized onboarding plan and dedicated ramp-up support, so you feel confident (not overwhelmed) in your first weeks.
Leadership That Understands ABA:Our leadership team includes experienced BCBAs who remain actively involved in clinical direction and decision-making.

Competitive Salary: Earn between $78,000 - $90,000, reflecting your skills and experience.
