Qualifications

• Master's degree required.
• Active BCBA certification required.
• Initiate state licensure before start date, if required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation; proof of auto insurance.
• Able to maintain clean background/drug screenings and driving record.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs.
• Oversee implementation of programs by RBTs and caregivers.
• Conduct assessments related to need for behavioral intervention (e.g., preference, functional, staff performance).
• Supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly.
• Other typical BCBA activities.
