Job summary

ABA Centers of Georgia is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Warner Robins, GA. The full-time role offers a salary range of $95,000–$120,000, with a sign-on bonus up to $20,000. Relocation up to $10k and student loan forgiveness up to $24k are also available.

You will design, supervise, and evaluate ABA programs, mentor RBTs and caregivers, and conduct functional and preference assessments to support client progress.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required.
• Active BCBA certification required.
• Ability to supervise others and support BCBA certification progress.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and monitor skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs.
• Oversee implementation of programs by RBTs and caregivers.
• Conduct assessments related to behavioral intervention needs (e.g., preference, functional assessments).
• Be willing and able to supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly.
• Fulfill other typical BCBA duties as needed.
