Job summary

ABA Centers of Georgia in Warner Robins, GA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to design and supervise ABA programs for children and families. You will lead skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction plans, supervise RBTs and caregivers, and conduct functional and preference assessments to guide interventions.

The role offers a competitive salary range of $95,000–$120,000 for a full-time position, with a up-to $20K sign-on bonus, relocation up to $10K, and up to $24K student loan

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Active BCBA certification with eligibility to practice in GA.
• Ability to initiate state licensure prior to start date.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs
• Oversee the implementation of behavior-analytic programs by RBTs and caregivers
• Conduct assessments related to the need for behavioral intervention
• Be willing and able to supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly
