Job summary

Level Ahead ABA is seeking a licensed BCBA to lead clinical services in Atlanta, GA. This full-time role involves creating treatment plans, supervising RBTs, and guiding families to support progress for individuals with autism and related disorders.

You will conduct assessments, develop function-based behavior plans and skill acquisition programs, monitor ABA programs, maintain accurate data, and collaborate with the client's care team. In-person and hybrid work options available.

Qualifications

  • BCBA certification and state licensure required.
  • Current malpractice insurance.
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Education, Special Education, Psychology, or related field.
  • Demonstrated experience implementing ABA with individuals with autism.
  • Familiarity with Vineland, VB-Mapp, ABBLS, AFFL assessments.
  • Strong supervisory and management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work with families.
  • Access to reliable transportation and ability to travel.

  • Coordinate treatment with other members of the client's team

Qualifications:
