BAYADA Home Health Care in Hawai‘i’s Waipahu ABA center is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team. This is a full-time, salaried position focused on delivering high-quality ABA services to clients.

Responsibilities include conducting FBAs and skill-based assessments, designing and monitoring treatment plans, supervising RBTs, and ensuring compliance with BACB codes. Competitive salary and benefits are offered.

Qualificações

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst in good standing with the BACB.
• Must obtain a Hawai‘i state license in behavior analysis prior to start date.
• Experience in behavior analysis with strong professional references.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, including the use of technology.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skill-based assessments.
• Design and monitor the implementation of treatment plans.
• Provide ongoing training and supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT).
• Conduct group trainings and supervisions.
• Adhere to the BACB Professional and Ethical Compliance Code.
