Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care in Hawai‘i is seeking a BCBA to lead ABA services at our Wailuku center. This full-time, salaried role requires licensure, certification, and a collaborative approach to client care.

You will conduct FBAs, design treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and ensure adherence to BACB codes while fostering a compassionate, reliable service culture for clients and families.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Hawaii state license in behavior analysis prior to start date.
• Experience in behavior analysis with strong professional references.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills; tech-savvy.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skill-based assessments.
• Design and monitor the implementation of treatment plans.
• Provide ongoing training and supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
• Conduct group trainings and supervisions.
• Adhere to the BACB Professional and Ethical Compliance Code.
• Foster a culture of compassion, excellence, and reliability.
