Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care in Wailuku, HI seeks a full-time salaried BCBA-based role to oversee client treatment plans within our ABA center. The role includes implementing plans, supervising RBTs, collecting data, and ensuring ethical, high-quality care across interdisciplinary teams.

The ideal candidate holds a BCBA in good standing, Hawaii licensure, and strong references, with excellent communication and organizational skills. Travel to client homes and schools may be required.

Qualifications

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing with the BACB.
• Hawai'i state license required prior to start date.
• Experience in behavior analysis with strong professional references.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills; including use of technology.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a supervising BCBA.
• Conduct skill acquisition and behavior reduction programming.
• Collect, analyze, and graph client data to monitor progress.
• Assist with functional behavior assessments and treatment plan implementation.
• Provide caregiver training under BCBA supervision.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs as appropriate.
• Conduct competency assessments and provide feedback to RBTs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members and caregivers.
• Maintain timely clinical documentation.
• Ensure services align with BACB Ethics Code and policies.
• Participate in team meetings, training, and professional development.
