Job summary

The Behavior Pros, LLC is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team. You will conduct functional assessments, design evidence-based ABA treatment plans, and oversee supervision for BCaBAs and RBTs.

This position includes a $500 sign-on bonus, a salary of $75,000–$90,000 per year, and benefits like health, dental and vision insurance, paid time off, CE credits, and a weekday schedule.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree (or national equivalent) in Psychology, Special Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, or related field.
• Current BCBA certification verified through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience working with children, adolescents, and/or adults with various special needs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and ABA software platforms (specifically Catalyst).
• Physical ability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs.
• Successful completion of fingerprinting and criminal history background check.

Responsibilities

• Assessments & Planning: Conduct functional analyses and skill-based assessments (e.g., ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP, AFLS).
• Supervision & Mentorship: Provide training and ongoing supervision to BCaBAs, RBTs, paraprofessionals, and direct care staff.
• Client Monitoring: Supervise and monitor treatment progress through data-based progress monitoring; graph data in Excel or Catalyst.
• Parent Training: Oversee ABA home programs and provide parent training and support; run monthly meetings.
• Safety & Crisis Management: Handle aggressive and self-injurious behaviors ethically and protect client well-being.
• Administrative: Manage intake processes, ensure timely paperwork, and maintain accurate client records.
