Job summary

LEARN Academy is seeking a BCBA to join our Redwood City team in California, supporting children with autism and other neurodevelopmental needs. The role focuses on direct staff coaching, data-driven behavior plans, and collaboration with classroom teams to meet IEP objectives.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s degree, BCBA certification with CA licensure, and compliance with BACB and CA Board of Psychology requirements, including First Aid and fingerprint clearance.

Qualifications

• Requires Masters Degree and BCBA certification with CA license.
• Must maintain BACB and CA Board of Psychology requirements.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with parents, children and professionals.

Responsibilities

• Attend regularly scheduled staff and IEP meetings.
• Direct interactions with staff and students; supervise data collection and analyze data.
• Develop behavior plans and supervise the implementation and progress.
• Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to align IEP goals and VB goals.
• Provide crisis intervention and prepare incident reports when needed.
