Job summary

Abilities Unlimited ABA in Clarksville, TN seeks a BCBA to conduct functional behavior assessments, develop individualized treatment plans and BIPs, and provide supervision to RBTs and staff. You will collect and analyze client data and collaborate closely with families to ensure consistency across home and community settings.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification (required)
• Master’s degree in ABA, SPED, psychology, or related field
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for in-person services

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and skill-based assessments.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans (BIP’s).
• Provide ongoing supervision, training, and support for RBT’s, BTs, and clinical staff.
• Collect, analyze, and review client data to guide decision-making
• Collaborate with families to ensure consistency across home and other environments.
• Ensure services align with BACB ethical guidelines and insurance requirements.
• Participate in team meetings, clinical reviews, and professional development.
