Little Leaves in Silver Spring, Maryland is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver high-quality ABA therapy to children with autism. The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree and BCBA certification, with a commitment to individualized care and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities.
• Certification, registration, and/or license as required by local statutes to deliver behavior treatment.
• Commitment to partnership, integrity, curiosity, client-centered, and excellence.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and supervision for your team and clients.
• Mentor and support behavior technicians (BTs).
• Write reports and conduct clinical reviews with funding sources.
• Conduct regular parent/caregiver trainings for family members.
• Analyze data/behavior and make data-based decisions.
