Job summary

A leading healthcare provider seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to provide support services for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Qualifications

• Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing with the BACB.
• Experience implementing Applied Behavior Analysis programming with behavioral intervention.
• Reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments of children with Autism to evaluate behavior and needs.
• Develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans based on assessments.
• Implement ABA interventions tailored to client's unique needs.
• Monitor and adjust treatment plans based on progress.
• Educate parents and caregivers on managing ASD behaviors.
