Qualifications
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field.
Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
Willingness to obtain Ohio COBA licensure.

Partner with families by providing ongoing parent training.
Oversee data collection systems to ensure program integrity.
Monitor client progress and evaluate treatment effectiveness.
Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians.
Collaborate to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Provide monthly progress updates to the Clinical Director.
