Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field.
• Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Willingness to obtain Ohio COBA licensure.
• Experience developing behavior and skill acquisition programs.

Responsibilities

• Design individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Conduct comprehensive ABA assessments.
• Develop individualized treatment plans.
• Partner with families by providing ongoing parent training.
• Oversee data collection systems to ensure program integrity.
• Monitor client progress and evaluate treatment effectiveness.
• Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians.
• Collaborate to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Provide monthly progress updates to the Clinical Director.
