Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Minimum 2 years of ABA experience; school or home-based work preferred.
• Strong collaboration and communication with families and educators.

Responsibilities

• Caseload management and delivery of ABA therapy services.
• School-based supervision in person with RBTs and educators.
• In-home supervision via telehealth with families.
• Assessments and treatment planning tailored to real needs.
• Grow with the organization by building relationships with schools.
• Maintain compliance with BACB ethics, state laws, and policies.
