Total Care ABA in Salisbury, NC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead and supervise ABA treatment plans for children ages 2 to 14. The role emphasizes data-driven program updates and collaborative work with families.

Qualifications

BCBA credential required for lead role.
Must reside within driving distance of Salisbury, NC.
Experience with ABA therapy for children 2-14 preferred.
Strong data collection and analysis skills.

Responsibilities

Lead and oversee ABA treatment plans for clients ages 2-14, ensuring data is analyzed and programs are updated as needed.
Supervise RBTs, providing ongoing feedback and training to enhance the effectiveness of behavior change programs.
Conduct caregiver training for families from diverse backgrounds.
Complete bi-annual progress reports (or as required by funding sources).
Conduct skills and behavioral assessments (VB-MAPP, Vineland-3, AFLS, ABLLS, PEAK, etc.) tailored to client needs.
Perform initial assessments and develop treatment plans for new clients as necessary.
