Job summary

Epic Minds Therapy in Grifton, NC is seeking an experienced BCBA to join our team and lead high‑quality ABA services. You will develop and oversee individualized treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to drive client success.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification required.
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
