Epic Minds Therapy seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Kinston, NC to develop individualized ABA treatment plans and supervise RBTs. The BCBA will conduct assessments, adjust goals, and collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification is required.
• Master’s degree in ABA or related field is required.
• Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support.
